Event webhooks

Lifecycle, training, certification, incident, policy, and compliance alert events can be delivered to external systems through webhook subscriptions with signed payloads and retry metadata.

Jurisdiction awareness

Preserve where each employee actually works.

HRIS pushes accept Canada/U.S. country, state, province, territory, city, municipality, and postal-code context. WCI Connect returns a normalized jurisdiction descriptor so downstream systems can route review by applicable location.

GRC and risk

Translate workforce operations into risk-register evidence.

Risk-register exports package current workforce compliance data into structured entries with severity, likelihood, impact, controls, and regulatory references for downstream review.

Audit evidence

Export evidence packages instead of assembling screenshots.

Audit evidence packages summarize training, policy, incident, certification, access, and investigation records and persist a tamper-evident artifact reference in the platform audit log.

1. Ingest

Accept authenticated employee roster changes and workforce events from HRIS or internal operations systems.

2. Normalize

Preserve employee, organization, work-location, home-location, province/state/territory, city/municipality, and lifecycle context in a consistent data shape.

3. Package

Generate structured risk-register entries and audit evidence packages with request identifiers and review metadata where applicable.

4. Route

Route records through controlled integration and event/webhook workflows for GRC, SIEM, data-lake, insurer, audit, and counsel-led review workflows.
