Where the Gap Shows Up

HR Compliance Automation

Automate mandatory training assignments, track completion deadlines, and generate compliance reports. Reduce HR overhead by centralizing onboarding, safety certification, and regulatory training in one platform.

Insurance Risk Reduction

Demonstrate training compliance to reduce workplace incident rates and insurance premiums. Provide auditable proof of WHMIS, safety, and harassment prevention training for every employee.

Procurement-Ready Qualification

Meet vendor qualification requirements with documented training programs. Provide procurement officers with verifiable certifications, compliance dashboard access, and audit-ready reporting.

A Different Approach to Workforce Compliance

Most compliance training is reactive — it teaches employees what not to do after an incident. TrueNorth LMS takes a preventative approach, combining mandatory safety certification with foundational civil education to build a workforce that understands Canadian regulations before problems arise.

The result: fewer incidents, lower insurance costs, faster onboarding, and a workforce qualified to meet procurement and vendor compliance standards across every Canadian province.

How Employee Access Works

Once your organization's account is activated, employees gain access through one of two methods:

Employer Invitation

Employers invite employees directly from the dashboard by email. Invited employees receive a link to create their account and are automatically assigned to the organization with full access to all training content.

Employee Self-Enrollment

Employees can sign up and join their organization using an organization code provided by their employer. Once verified, they receive the same full access to all five training pillars and certification.

Employees do not pay for access — all training costs are covered by the employer. Certificates are issued to employees as defined by the organization's administrator.
