By accessing or using TrueNorth LMS (“TrueNorth,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page.
TrueNorth LMS provides Canadian compliance training and educational content through online courses, quizzes, and related materials. Access is available through individual pillar purchases or employer-sponsored employee accounts. Employer accounts require payment of custom pricing before accessing the employer dashboard and distributing content to employees.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Individual pillar purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. Employer pricing is custom and agreed upon separately. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be prorated based on content accessed.
All content provided through TrueNorth LMS is for general educational and informational purposes only. Our content does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice of any kind. For matters affecting your personal situation, consult a qualified professional.
Use of our content does not create any professional-client relationship. We are not affiliated with any government agency. While we strive for accuracy, laws and regulations change, and you should verify current information from authoritative sources.
Certificates of completion are available only through employer-sponsored accounts and are issued at the discretion of the employer and platform administrator. Certificates are not government credentials, professional licenses, or accredited certifications. They attest to completion of the specified training module only. Individual pillar purchases do not include certificates.
All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property on TrueNorth LMS are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, TrueNorth LMS, its creators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on our services or content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
